A very good Dairy and fish restaurant in one of the most beautiful locations in Israel – a western hill top south of Jerusalem. Requires a special journey if you are not local, but very worth it, especially if you get the table next to the window at sundown.
At the entrance to “Bat Ayin”, 3 km NW of Gush Etzion Junction.
