IL07: Jaffa and Tel-Aviv
Departing from the port, we drive along the coast to Jaffa and appreciate its rich history and archaeology blending with the local art galleries and fishing boats. After a visit to St. Peter Church we stroll in the flea market, and then continue through the American Colony and Neve Tzedek to Ahuzat Bayit, where Tel-Aviv was established. On Rothshild blvd. we make sure to visit the Independence hall where the state of Israel was declared in 1948, and then we drive to see the site of the assasination of Rabin before heading back.
